I propose to take Questions Nos. 460 and 461 together. I have not removed the rural category of school from the DEIS programme. Accordingly the matter of its reinstatement does not arise. The Deputy may wish to note my recent announcement in relation to the DEIS programme in the context of the publication of the ESRI "Learning from DEIS" report. Details of same are available on my Departments website at http://www.education.ie/en/Press-Events/Press-Releases/2015-Press-Releases/PR2015-04-09.html
