912. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the input of his Department, or any other Department, in the running of international matches and major fixtures in association football, in particular with regards to decisions on stewarding and the display of flags and banners; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has no input into the running of international matches and major fixtures in association football and has no role in decision making on the specific matters mentioned by the Deputy.
