Deputy Michael McCarthy asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government with regard to an application for a waste facility permit, the typical waiting times from when the application is submitted to the final decision; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Application for waste facility permits are processed by individual local authorities. The information sought in relation to processing times is not held by my Department.
