231. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if she will withdraw all of the old versions of social welfare forms when the new amended ones are issued; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [28878/15]
View answerI wish to advise the Deputy that when the new editions of the forms delivered to post offices in May 2015 become available they will be delivered to An Post for distribution to local post offices.
On receipt of the replacement forms concerned, post offices should destroy older versions so as to ensure that customers have access to the most recent edition of the forms.
The replacement editions of the forms concerned will also be made available from Intreo offices, social welfare local offices, Branch offices, Citizen Information Centres and downloadable from the Department’s website at www.welfare.ie.
