232. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the position regarding an application for a disability allowance by a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [28880/15]

Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection

The person in question has been awarded a disability allowance payment with effect from 27 May 2015. First payment will be on 5 August 2015 and any arrears due will follow shortly.
