Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 74 of 28 January 2015, the number of complaints of petrol stretching and contamination received in each Garda Síochána division in 2015 to date; the position regarding these complaints; the number of these that have been investigated, resulting in a person being charged or a file being forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I wish to advise the Deputy that it has not been possible to provide the information sought in the time available for reply. However, I have requested the Garda authorities to provide the requested information and I will be in further contact with the Deputy upon receipt.
