Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources the cost of public advertising, statutory and non-statutory, funded by his Department in 2013 and 2014; the corresponding figure for agencies under the control of his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerThe total cost of advertising to my Department was €106,381 in 2013 and €77,229 in 2014. The information sought by the Deputy regarding the agencies under the aegis of my Department is an operational matter for each Agency. I will request the relevant bodies to reply directly to the Deputy with the information requested in respect of their organisation.
