View answerI met Dún Laoghaire Harbour Company in May 2015 in relation to the future plans for the port. A number of projects, including the sale of the 0.47 ha site, were discussed.
Under section 15 of the Harbours Act 1996, the disposal of land is a statutory matter for the directors of the Company and not one in which I, as Minister, have any legal function.
