51. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the position regarding long-term illness benefit in respect of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [32410/15]

The person concerned is currently in receipt of the maximum personal rate of disability allowance (DA) and this rate has not changed since October 2013. If the circumstances of the person in question have changed, he should contact the Department as soon as possible so his entitlement may be reviewed.
