View answerThe person named submitted an application for allocation of entitlements under the ‘Scottish Derogation’ measure of the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS). This application was received on 7 May 2015. Processing of applications under the ‘Scottish Derogation’ measure is at an advanced stage. A letter will issue to each applicant shortly informing them of the status of their application.
