Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health in relation to the report of the unannounced inspection at Letterkenny General Hospital by the Health Information and Quality Authority published on 8 October 2015 which found evidence of a number of high risk hygiene, infrastructural and maintenance issues at the hospital, his plans to provide assistance to the hospital to address the issues detailed in the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
