Deputy Seán Kenny asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of inspections that took place in 2013 and 2014 to ensure full compliance with maximum chargeable rates for hotels and guest house accommodation; the number of cases of non-compliance identified in both years; the action that is taken in such cases; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
