131. Deputy Noel Harrington asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cork has not received any payment with regard to a mobility allowance and a motorised transport grant since June 2014, despite being in receipt of these before the Government's decision to cease future payments of these to new applicants in June 2013; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
