View answerAn application under the Area of Natural Constraint Scheme was received in my Department from the person named on 15 May, 2015. An initial payment has issued in respect of land claimed in the “mountain area” category. A second element of this application refers to land claimed in the “island land” category. This second element has now been completed and payment will issue shortly to the nominated bank account of the person named.
