An application under the ‘young farmer’ category of the 2015 National Reserve and Young Farmers Scheme has been received by my Department under the herd number shown but not by the person named who is the only name registered on this herd number. The person named does not meet the eligibility criteria under either the National Reserve or Young Farmers scheme and the applications were deemed to be unsuccessful. The person named was notified of this decision and was offered the opportunity to submit an appeal. To date no appeal has been received by my Department.
