314. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of an overpayment to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5952/16]
View answerThe person named submitted an application for the Single Payment/Disadvantaged Areas Schemes on 24 April 2014.
Payments issued to the nominated bank account of the person named in November and December of 2014. Additional commonage evidence has since been submitted by the person named. Further examination of this evidence has now been undertaken, which has resulted in a recalculation of payments under both schemes. These payments will issue shortly.
