Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice asked the Minister for Health when the report of the independent external review group on the quality, safety and governance of mental health services in County Roscommon, which was commissioned by the HSE in 2015 following concerns being raised over the operation of services in the county, will be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
