View answerIt is the position that officials representing my Department in conjunction with their colleagues in the Department of Justice and Equality recently met with representatives of the Garda Associations to discuss matters of mutual concern related to the Lansdowne Road Agreement. These discussions were conducted in the first instance on a bilateral basis between the two parties concerned and subsequently on an ad hoc basis under the auspices of the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court.
