470. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of a decision on an appeal for area aid by a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41003/16]
View answerA decision on an appeal concerning the person named was issued on 12 August 2015 by the independent Agriculture Appeals Office. Further correspondence submitted since that decision requesting a review of the decision is currently being examined by that Office. I am advised that to date the examination of the case has not yet concluded.
