Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health to set down the number of recurrent hospital admissions of persons with heart failure in each of the past five years; if the clinical programme for heart failure objective to reduce recurrent hospital admissions by 1,000 has been met; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
