Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health to set out the detail of the reduction in the length of hospital stay of persons with heart failure in each of the past five years; if the clinical programme for heart failure objective to save 20,000 hospital days per year has been met; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
