Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 281 of 2 March 2017, the status of an appeal regarding the appointment of a planner to a commonage (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The appeal was referred to the Commonage Implementation Committee and their recommendation has been received by my Department. The recommendation is currently being acted upon and parties concerned are being notified in writing of the outcome.
