The statutory responsibility for testing, approval and supply of the devices referred to rests with the Medical Bureau of Road Safety.

I have therefore referred the Question to the Bureau for direct reply.

I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.

The referred reply under Standing Order 42A was forwarded to the Deputy.
