Deputy Dessie Ellis asked the Minister for Health the number of times the full capacity protocol has been deployed at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown from 2012 to date; the process for implementing this protocol at the hospital; and the effect on wider services at the hospital when it was deployed.
