499. Deputy Dessie Ellis asked the Minister for Health the number of persons whose elective surgery was cancelled or rescheduled more than once in 2016 and to date in 2017 at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [33625/17]
