Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will report on the number of road traffic collisions in each of the years 2015, 2016 and to date in 2017 in which there was a serious injury and in which the drivers involved were tested for alcohol at the scene; if testing did not take place at the scene, the reason therefor for the same period; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
