View answerJudge McCartan’s report was formally submitted to my Department on 17 October 2017. The report was sent to the Office of the Attorney General for advices. I brought the report to the next Cabinet meeting, earlier today, following receipt of those advices. The report was laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas today, following the Cabinet meeting, and has been published on my Department's website.
