Deputy Thomas Pringle asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government the details of a new affordable housing scheme; when the scheme will be introduced; the criteria that will be used to determine the persons who will be eligible for affordable housing; the way in which he will ensure affordable housing will be available in each county; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
