Deputy Seán Crowe asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the CT cardiac angiogram scan machine in Tallaght hospital is broken and patients are being referred to private hospitals to have scans done; the length of time this machine has been broken; when it will be fixed; the number of patients that have been referred to private hospitals; the amount it has cost to date; and if the machine will be fixed as soon as possible.
