Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if a written appeal submitted on behalf of a person (details supplied) will be processed without delay; and if the case will be examined with a view to restoring payment and ensuring the applicant qualifies. The written appeal submitted by the person named is currently under consideration within my Department. Officials from my Department have been in ongoing contact with the person named regarding the issue under appeal. The person named will be notified of the outcome of the appeal in writing in the coming days.
