Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if a written appeal submitted on behalf of a person (details supplied) will be processed without delay; and if the case will be examined with a view to restoring payment and ensuring the applicant qualifies. Officials from my Department have been in ongoing contact with the person named regarding the issue under appeal.
