There are many and varied niche areas of tourism that attract visitors to Ireland – many of them based on our key assets and related experiences – and which I believe offer great potential for further development and growth. Fáilte Ireland is tasked with developing the industry generally, including these niche areas. Accordingly, I have asked the agency to reply directly to the Deputy with further information on some of the best prospect niche areas.
