1689. Deputy James Browne asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of children who died while in the care of the HSE in each of the years 2015 to 2018 and to date in 2019, as per the reports of the national review panel; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy's question relates to an operational matter for Tusla, the Child and Family Agency. I have therefore referred the matter to Tusla and asked that a direct reply be provided to the Deputy.
