1066. Deputy Cian O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the position regarding deferred pensions affected by the State Airports Act 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5198/20]

I am taking it that the Deputy is referring to the Irish Airlines (General Employees) Superannuation Scheme (IASS).
