402. Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation the estimated full-year cost if the budget for the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement increased by 25%; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [7102/20]
View answerA funding allocation of €6.057 million was provided for the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE) for 2019. This represented an increase of approximately 20% on the 2018 allocation and remains unchanged for 2020. The estimated full year cost if the 2020 funding allocation for the ODCE increased by 25%, (€1.514 million), would be €7.571 million.
