View answerThe above named applied successfully for GLAS II with a contract commencement date of 1 January 2016. The case was subsequently selected for an inspection. On foot of this inspection, the contract was rejected.
The decision made in this case has been appealed to the Agriculture Appeals Office. The Department's statement and the documentation requested has been sent to the Agriculture Appeals Office as required. A decision on the case will issue from that office, in writing, when the appeal has been considered.
