Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage further to a topical issue debate of 16 June 2022, the steps he is taking on foot of the correspondence he has received from the OPW on legislative concerns with regard to flood relief measures at Lough Funshinagh, County Roscommon; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
