Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No 573 of 23 June 2020, the number of adults with an intellectual disability residing in acute or long-stay psychiatric settings in CHO4 between January 2016 and June 2022, in tabular form; the basis on which this information on unidentified service-users could constitute a breach of their GDPR rights, as suggested in the response; his views on whether it is the right of such persons with disabilities who are misplaced, sometimes indefinitely, in the psychiatric system to be accounted for in healthcare data; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
