Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Health the basis on which HSE posts (details supplied) were competed for through local interview and not the nationally agreed recruitment panel process that applies to posts for these care groups; if the HSE's national recruitment service sanctioned the process involved in these appointments; if so, the national recruitment service personnel that sanctioned same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
