Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage further to Parliamentary Question No. 198 of 7 July 2022, the steps that he is taking on foot of the correspondence he has received from the OPW on legislative concerns with regard to flood relief measures at Lough Funshinagh, County Roscommon; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
