View answerBudget 2023 included a very comprehensive package of measures to be implemented over the rest of 2022 and for the early part of next year to help households, businesses and civic society cope with the increased cost of living. As part of this package an Autumn double payment has been issued to recipients of weekly Social Protection payments. In addition, recipients of Child Benefit in November 2022 have also received a double payment. The county breakdown of the recipients of these double payments is shown in the table.
