Deputy Ged Nash asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media if she will provide data, if available, on the qualification levels (details supplied) of civil servants in her Department as of 31 December 2022; how educational attainment levels have evolved in recent years; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am advised that my Department does not maintain a register of academic qualifications held by officials in my Department. Accordingly, I am not in a position to provide this data to the Deputy or comment on the evolution of educational attainment levels.
