Deputy Brendan Howlin asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will review the passport issued to a person (details supplied) who wishes to have their full name on their Irish passport; if a new passport including their full name can be issued to this person; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
