Deputy Duncan Smith asked the Minister for Health if he will provide a detailed update of the HSE's plans for a final end use of 162-165 James's Street; if he will provide a copy of the business case or value-for-money case prepared by the HSE to proceed with this purchase; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
