Deputy Michael Lowry asked the Minister for Education the reason the reasonable accommodations at certificate examinations (race) scheme does not apply to dyslexic pupils in Ireland; if she will support the request of an organisation (details supplied) that the State Examinations Commission reconsider its policy on reasonable accommodations for dyslexic students immediately in order to "help level the playing field" for examination this year; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
