View answerI wish to advise the Deputy that my Department has no role in relation to Transfrontier Shipments (TFS). The National TFS Office in Dublin City Council is the competent authority for the enforcement and administration of the Waste Shipment Regulation, so the Deputy may wish to put a relevant Parliamentary Question to the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
