205. Deputy Rose Conway-Walsh asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform the number of TFS office spot-checks and infringements; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41285/23]
Amharc ar fhreagraI wish to advise the Deputy that my Department has no role in relation to Transfrontier Shipments (TFS). The National TFS Office in Dublin City Council is the competent authority for the enforcement and administration of the Waste Shipment Regulation, so the Deputy may wish to put a relevant Parliamentary Question to the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
