Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage how much of the additional €55 million for affordable housing announced in budget 2024 will be for the affordable housing fund and the cost rental equity loan; the total amount of funding for these two funds allocated in 2024; and the number of units expected to be delivered through these funds in 2024.
