Eoin Moran is the Director of Met Éireann, which is a prescribed position under the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Designated Public Officials) Regulations 2015. None of the other members of the Climate Change Advisory Council, nor the staff employed to act as its Secretariat, are designated public officials within the meaning of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (as amended).
