View answerThe table below provides an overview on the yearly salary costs, based on the midpoints of individual salary scales, of the three forestry divisions in my Department for the years in question. This provides salary amounts based on a snapshot of the staff complement at a point in time. These figures are not static and fluctuate due to staff movements, promotions and transfers during the year. For this reason, the total yearly cost for 2022 and 2023 as well as the cost up to date in 2024 is as follows:
